I knew it was going to be great, but 5 hours in Atzilut?
And if we were in Atzilut,
then surely your band was the Merkava.
You all were incredible. Thanks again
for making our wedding such a success!

If there is a more fun way to kick off a reception than
dancing the hora (with the bride and groom raised up on chairs), then I don’t know what it is.
I have to say this was the most fun moment of my life to date and it wasn’t just because I felt a weight watchers victory when they were able to lift my seat without groaning!
The leader of the band, Mark Novak, totally knows how to get a party moving, get guests of all faiths dancing and involved, and was also great at explaining Jewish customs to the half of our guests who were not Jewish. Everyone felt involved, everyone danced the night away - and everyone said again and again that it was the most fun wedding they had ever been to... and I credit Mark with this. He got the party started and kept it going to the end.
They also play “traditional” wedding dance music from all eras, in addition to Jewish music, which was a hit as well.
Mark also served as cantor for us during the ceremony and it was a very beautiful service made all the more lovely with his singing.

Hi Mark,
I never had a chance to tell you what a phenomenal performance you and the band did.
Everyone had a truly FUN time.
The music was great and so spirited.

You were even better this time than at Tamar's wedding!
I guess you could tell by my face and the family's face
that we were having such a tremendous time.
People did not leave until the end.
Everyone I speak to just said that they had so much fun.
That was due to your band. Everything went so smoothly
because of your well thought out planning
of when things should happen.
Larry, the caterer, also said that
you were wonderful to work with.
Thank you again.

Mark,
Nothing could be better than to
watch your son marry the girl of his dreams
and then to celebrate with such joy and love.
I must tell you, Steve and I have been to many,
many weddings in our 42 years together but,
never have we enjoyed the music so much.
Being ballroom dance students, we're very sensitive
to the music performed. Your mix of both Jewish and
American music was outstanding. Having a band
leader who understands the religious significance of
the event and the importance Israel plays in our lives
made the night spectacular.
I know the Tal family joins us in thanking you for
helping us celebrate our children !!

With gratitude,
Teri Ashman

Dear Mark,
Thank you so much to you and your band for helping to
make Hannah andMoishe's wedding so memorable.
I believe that this was the wedding that Hannah always
wanted when she was younger and thought about her
wedding. - lots of dancing and lots of dessert, and you
made the dancing happen. Everyone has raved about the
music and the spirit of the evening which you were so
instrumental ( no pun intended) in creating.

I had a great time myself, since I too love to dance. I know
that I spent so much time on the dance floor, I only spoke
to those who were dancing, any party poopers at the tables
I never got to! Your music was too good! You even had
Ira and my son Ben dancing, and they have a
non-dance gene in them. It was great!
